Jafra Cosmetics International is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all beauty and skincare products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within the specified timeframe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or your Independent Jafra Consultant to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Jafra

  Send your package via a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
